We are a small, hands-on shop, and each unit is built and packaged with care. Our goal is to communicate shipping expectations as clearly as possible so you know what to expect when you place an order.
The Kitchen is currently offered in unfinished aluminum and may include scratches, blemishes, and tooling marks from the manufacturing process. These cosmetic marks are normal for small batch fabrication and do not affect performance or structural integrity.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment in the order they are received. Typical processing time is 10 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods or when inventory is in active production. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and carrier rates.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Transit times are determined by the carrier and may vary due to weather, volume, or routing delays.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship to locations within the United States.
If you are outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your request.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit and delivery are outside of our control.
If a shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located, or is significantly delayed, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number. You may then contact us at tylerlogan056@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at tylerlogan056@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the packaging and the product
3. A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and work with you to repair or replace affected parts when damage is related to shipping or manufacturing.
Normal cosmetic scratches or tooling marks on unfinished aluminum are not considered shipping damage.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs caused by address corrections or re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered processing or shipment may not be able to be changed or canceled.
