We are a small, hands-on shop, and we truly appreciate every customer who chooses to support this product and vision. We do our best to take care of our customers and stand behind the workmanship of The Kitchen. As the business grows, my goal is to expand and improve our return options, and I hope to offer more flexibility in the future. For now, this policy reflects what I am realistically able to offer while still keeping the product sustainable to build and ship.
The Kitchen is currently offered in unfinished aluminum and may include scratches, blemishes, and tooling marks from the manufacturing process. These cosmetic marks are normal for small batch fabrication and do not affect performance or structural integrity.

Manufacturing Defects and Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. Logan’s Solution LLC will repair or replace the affected part or unit at no cost to you.
This coverage applies only to workmanship or fabrication defects present at delivery. It does not cover damage caused by installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• All hardware and packaging must be included
• The product must not show signs of mounting, scratching, or wear
Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Proper packaging to prevent damage in transit
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return
We are not able to accept returns on:
• Products that have been installed, mounted, or used
• Items showing signs of modification or drilling
• Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
• Custom or special order units, if applicable
Normal cosmetic scratches or tooling marks on unfinished aluminum are not considered defects.

2. Photos of the product and packaging
3. A brief explanation of the issue or reason for the request

Refund Processing Time
After your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
